SWBTEC — China Slewing Bearing Manufacturer

Since 2006, SWBTEC has specialised in the manufacture of slewing bearings, supplying components to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of various construction machinery, such as cranes, excavators, aerial work platform and forest machines. We undertake OEM/ODM development in accordance with customers' drawings, installation dimensions and operating conditions, helping OEMs to shorten development cycles and ensure consistent performance of the complete machines. For Heavy equipment applications, we optimise designs within specified dimensions and load capacities, whilst minimising equipment downtime through high-precision position control. For normal rotation equipment, we select slewing bearings specifically suited to impact, overturning and torque conditions to extend service life.

Production is primarily carried out using CNC machinery, with over 70% of our front-line operators having more than 8 years' experience in lathe operation, and an annual production capacity of 24,000 sets. Quality control covers incoming materials, machining, assembly and final inspection, and is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. Since 2007, we have exported over 150,000 sets of slewing bearings, with 65% of our products sold to more than 28 countries now.

We support sample production, bulk OEM orders, and customised nameplates and packaging. SWBTEC will always provide a cost-effective and reliable solution along with a quotation.

We are ISO 9001 certified and have established an internal quality control system. Each piece is inspected from raw materials through to dispatch, and test reports are retained for at least five years.

Short Lead Times and Flexible Scheduling

We offer flexible lead times, and can maintain stock in advance for regular customers. Standard orders are delivered within approximately 40 days, whilst particularly urgent orders can be completed within 15 days; production is coordinated to align with project timelines.

Support for Customer Branding and Neutral Packaging

We can do customer logos and nameplates as required; our company’s details do not appear on the products or packaging. We also support neutral packaging to facilitate customers’ consistent brand image and delivery processes.
