Three Types of Rotating Table Bearing

1. Single Row Ball Slewing Bearing

The single row ball slewing bearing uses a row of steel balls as the rolling body, and there is a single isolation block between steel balls. The inner and outer rings are integral and loaded into steel balls through the plug hole. The ball is in four-point contact with the raceway and can bear axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. Single row ball slewing bearing is the first choice for small and medium rotating table bearing with diameter less than 1800mm.

2. Three Row Roller Slewing Bearing

Three row roller slewing bearing is mainly used in heavy load operations. The three row roller slewing bearing is composed of three rings, and the upper and lower rows of rollers are horizontally distributed to withstand axial force and overturning moment from two directions. The radial force is borne by a third row of vertically arranged rollers. Three row roller slewing bearing is the choice of large rotating table bearing with diameters greater than 1800mm.

3. Double Row Ball Slewing Bearing

Double row slewing bearing is mainly composed of inner ring, outer ring, upper and lower rows of steel balls, isolation block, sealing device and other parts. The upper row of steel ball mainly bears axial load and overturning moment, so the ball diameter is greater than the ball diameter of the lower row of steel ball. In order to cope with the combination of different axial force, overturning moment and radial force under various working conditions, the contact angle of double row slewing bearing can be adjusted accordingly. The inner ring and outer ring of double row slewing bearing have integral and split structure. Double row ball slewing bearing usually has retainers (or isolation blocks). Double row slewing bearing is a kind of three-piece rotating table bearing with complex structure.
